Marshall Voice

No stars for this app. Reason, it simply doesn't connect to wifi regardless of what you do. I've been on to the technical support on numerous to try and resolve this bit to no avail. I have had replacement speakers, again still no joy. All other devices in the house can connect effortlessly. Clearly this is an ongoing issue judging by similar reviews. It's got to the stage now where the helpdesk just ignore customers to avoid the hassle. Despicable service. Zero stars.

Wow, what an incredibly poor purchase on my part. The only thanks i can give the marshall stanmore 2 is that it has invigorated me to really vet the technological devices you purchase. I never thought to check the app review before making a 200 dollar purchase on a speaker but what a mistake i had made. This speaker and app are by far the worst experience i have ever had in an audio related device. Note the app doesn't connect and speaker randomly asks to connect to Alexa in the middle of night.

I love Marshall's speakers, but the app isn't at the same level of quality as the speakers. This is unfortunate because it takes away from the great sound experience, the app is too lagggy and slow to respond and to detect the speaker, when i close it or restart the phone it no longer detect my stanmore 2 voice, and it's not possible to control the music if you play on another app than Spotify or Amazon music. This app needs a lot of work, please try to update it! Thank you!
